From sketching fashion designs in her diaries at the tender age of 13 to traversing the globe understanding the textile industry with her father, Rossely Tapia’s journey in the realm of women’s designer clothing has been nothing short of extraordinary. Those summer days spent modeling, selling pre-owned fashion women’s clothing on Facebook, and absorbing the intricacies of textiles have all culminated in the creation of the most unique and exceptional pieces you’ll ever own.
Born amidst the vibrant culture of Lima, Peru, Rossely’s identity has been deeply influenced by her roots. Growing up alongside her three brothers, Jose Armando, Arturo, and Rodrigo, and nurtured by her parents, Maria Julia & Jose Angel, she imbibed the values and dreams that would shape her future in women’s luxury clothing.
At 17, Rossely ventured to Utah, stepping into the world of Marketing and navigating life’s challenges without the constant presence of her family. It was here that her aspirations took shape, leading her to establish an online clothing store. Though it would later close, this venture was a testament to her ever-evolving dream and her prowess in fashion designers design.
Seeking fresh horizons, Rossely relocated to Sao Paulo at 23. Her five-month sojourn saw her mastering Portuguese and embarking on a journey of self-discovery. While Brazil offered invaluable lessons, she realized it wasn’t her final destination.
Los Angeles beckoned Rossely at 25, marking the beginning of her illustrious second career in Fashion Design. From working as a dresser at LAFW and being a stylist assistant for Flaunt Magazine to collaborating with Hollywood’s Kathryn Newton and rubbing shoulders with celebrities like Jessica Alba and Becky G, her trajectory has been stellar. Her crowning achievement? A breathtaking fashion show in Los Angeles, showcasing a collection inspired by her beloved Peru.
